Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your order is marked as shipped, we can't cancel it, you need to wait until it arrives so you can send it back to us for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt that you sent back the item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@LizaChic.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Our Return Policy is as follows:

  • You may return all products within 14 days (from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or refund. The original bag and tag should be intact, not be damaged. ( Kindly remind that we cannot accept that no reason to return)
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous, materials or flammable liquids or gases.
  • For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt. (Note: please write the order number on the package)
  • Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without checking with us first.
  • Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received.Only send to the address that our customer service will provide you upon confirmation and exchanged mail.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours for Paypal and 7-15 business days with the credit card for your refund to appear.(if you don't have received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@lizachic.com
  • The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Shipping: To return a product, you should ship the product to the address you got your item from, subject to a confirmed mail from our sales team stating the address in writing, this would be the point you return the item to it. Please don't start sending the item back till its confirmed with our team. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will send you once we receive your item to confirm our collection of goods. You would allow us 7 days to check your package and confirm its status and its illegibility for return or exchange.
